In terms of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Ultratech Cement has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28th July, 2020, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. As informed by its communication dated 29th June, 2020, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 1st July, 2020 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results  up to 30th July, 2020.
