An extract of the aforementioned financial results would be published in the newspapers in accordance with the Listing Regulations. Accordingly, it has enclosed the Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 together with the Auditors Report; Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 together with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors; Audited standalone and unaudited consolidated segment reporting for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020; and press release on the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. The Board meeting commenced at 10.30 am and concluded at 2:50 pm.
