Jyoti Structures rises on bagging order worth Rs 254 crore

Jyoti Structures is currently trading at Rs. 48.95, up by 0.45 points or 0.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 48.50 on the NSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 49.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 49.40 and Rs. 48.85 respectively. So far 15,768 shares were traded on the counter.

The NSE group stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 65.35 on 07-Oct-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 35.00 on 22-Dec-2011.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.81% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.67% and 47.52% respectively.

Jyoti Structures secured orders worth Rs 254 crore for design, testing and supply of 10,500 MT of tower to Myanmar. The company has also received orders for turnkey execution of two transmission lines in Uganda that will connect Uganada‘s power grid with Kenya and Rwanda.
