Bharti Infratel slips on reporting 21% fall in Q1 consolidated net profit

Bharti Infratel is currently trading at Rs. 190.20, down by 4.35 points or 2.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 194.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 194.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 194.90 and Rs. 187.85 respectively. So far 357885 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 295.75 on 02-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 121.25 on 19-Mar-2020.

Bharti Infratel has reported 83.71% rise in its net profit of Rs 823.20 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as against Rs 448.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased 16.53% at Rs 2070.80 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 1777.10 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 20.68% fall in its net profit at Rs 703.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as against Rs 887.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 7.10% at Rs 1651.90 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 1778.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
