Cyient has informed that pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the voting results along-with consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer for the business transacted at 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company held on Friday, 31 July 2020, through Video Conference/ other audio-visual means. Based on the consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer, S. Chidambaram, FCS, as annexed, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the said AGM have been duly approved by the Shareholders with requisite majority.
