Date: 03-08-2020Coal India (CIL) has clocked a 17 per cent growth in composite opencast production in July over the same month a year ago. Further, the company is expecting the production to rise post monsoon in view of the positive growth trend in the Over Burden Removal (OBR).
Coal India is the world’s largest coal mining company. It also produces non-coking coal and coking coal of various grades for diverse applications.
