MSR India to incorporate subsidiary company

MSR India has proposed to incorporate a private limited company with a view to expand its business. The company will be holding 51% stake in the proposed company to be incorporated which will also be the subsidiary company.

The main motive behind establishing this company is to carry out marketing and distribution of consumer products and articles and other popular FMCG products in India. Besides, MSR India has also changed the logo of the company.

MSR India (formerly Remidicherla Infra & Power) is engaged in the execution of various infrastructure and other projects. It is currently working on construction, land development and supply of materials for road construction projects.
