PFC reports 23% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has reported results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The company has reported a rise of 22.91% in its net profit at Rs 1,699.56 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,382.76 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 15.72% at Rs 8,774.42 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 7,582.57 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 22.67% in its net profit at Rs 3,557.23 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,899.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 15.93% at Rs 16,932.24 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 14,605.12 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
