Hexaware Technologies has entered into a partnership with ICT Academy, a not-for-profit organization, to train 500 final year students from rural colleges in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Maharashtra, on technical and soft skills relevant for the IT Industry. Through this initiative, Hexaware endeavours to help students from the rural community and enable a better future for them. HexaVarsity, Hexaware’s Corporate University, helped design the curriculum and content, train the faculty and select a training platform. Experts from Hexaware’s practices will be closely involved in the program to guide and mentor the students, conduct mock interviews, group discussions, etc.
