Sintex Industries’ Q2 consolidated net surges 86%

Sintex Industries has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2012.

The company has registered a jump of over 72.61% in its net profit at Rs 56.77 crore as compared to Rs 32.89 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. The net sales of the company has also increased by 13.54% to Rs 688.60 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 606.47 crore in the same month last year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 86.47% in its net profit at Rs 72.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 as compared to Rs 38.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Net sales increased marginally by 2.82% at Rs 1186.08 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1153.57 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
