Embassy Office Parks REIT

Embassy Office Parks REIT has raised Rs 750 crore through denominated, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferrable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 7,500 NCDs of Rs 10,00,000 only per debenture on a private placement basis. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 09, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.

Embassy Office Parks is India’s first publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
