Intellect Design Arena has informed that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading in respect of Securities of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. Accordingly, all the designated persons (including dependants and immediate relatives as per code) and connected persons are advised not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
