Angel Broking has debuted at Rs 275.00 on the BSE, down by 31 points or 10.13% from its issue price of Rs 306.

The scrip is currently trading at Rs 277.40, down by 28.60 points or 9.35% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 296.45 and Rs 256.60 respectively. So far 6.66 Lakh shares were traded on the counter.

The offering, which was open for subscription between September 22, 2020 and September 24, 2020, was subscribed nearly 4 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 306 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 305-306 apiece.

The company is a technology-led financial services company providing broking and advisory services, margin funding, loans against shares (through one of its Subsidiaries, AFPL) and financial products distribution to its clients under the brand ‘Angel Broking’.
