HDFC Bank’s deposits rise 20% in Q2FY21

HDFC Bank’s deposits aggregated to around Rs 12,290 billion as of September 30, 2020 (Q2FY21), a growth of around 20% as compared to Rs 10,216 billion as of September 30, 2019 and a growth of around 3% as compared to Rs 11,894 billion as of June 30, 2020.

The Bank’s advances aggregated to around Rs 10,370 billion as of September 30, 2020, a growth of around 16% as compared to Rs 8,970 billion as of September 30, 2019 and a growth of around 3% as compared to Rs 10,033 billion as of June 30, 2020.

The Bank’s CASA ratio stood at around 42% as of September 30, 2020, as compared to 39.3% as of September 30, 2019 and 40.1% as of June 30, 2020.
