Reliance Industries’ arm, Infibeam Avenues enter into definitive agreement

Reliance Industries’ (RIL) subsidiary -- Jio Platforms with its affiliates (JPL) and Infibeam Avenues have entered into a definitive agreement to license, customise, maintain and access its Enterprise E-commerce Software and Payments Platform for their business use.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
