rCloud is a business continuity solution which provides backup and disaster recovery for physical and virtual servers on the cloud for SMBs.

Recently, the company had signed a definitive agreement through its step-down subsidiary in the United States to acquire ‘rCloud’ and the closing of the transaction was subject to satisfaction of customary conditions.
