Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and other applicable Regulations of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations ,2015, Intellect Design Arena has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Friday, the 30th October,2020 at the Registered office of the company to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September,2020 and any other business. In accordance with Regulation 47(1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations,2015, the results of the unaudited financial results will be published in the newspapers. The outcome of the Board meeting will be disseminated to the Stock Exchanges as per the Regulations.
