Oberoi Realty reports marginal fall in Q2 consolidated net profit

Oberoi Realty has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2020.

The company has reported 20.60% fall in its net profit of Rs 96.08 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 121.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 14.88% at Rs 179.77 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 211.19 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal fall of 0.23% in its net profit of Rs 137.74 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 138.07 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 35.60% at Rs 325.28 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 505.09 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
