Reliance Industries’ arm receives subscription amount from TPG

Reliance Industries’ subsidiary company -- Reliance Retail Ventures has received the subscription amount of Rs 1,837.50 crore from TPG Asia VII SF Pte (TPG) and allotted 26,932,942 equity shares to TPG.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
