Dr. Reddy's Laboratories reports 30% fall in Q2 consolidated net profit

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2020.

The company has reported 64.76% fall in its net profit of Rs 481.00 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 1365.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased 4.27% at Rs 3372.40 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 3522.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 30.27% fall in its net profit of associate at Rs 771.80 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 1106.80  crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 1.96% at Rs 4962.10 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 4866.80 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
