Axis Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2020.

The bank has reported net profit of Rs 1,682.67 crore for the quarter under review as against net loss of Rs 112.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank marginally increased by 2.77% at Rs 19,870.07 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 19,333.57 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported net profit at Rs 1,849.05 crore for the quarter under review as against net loss of Rs 18.14 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank marginally increased by 2.82% at Rs 20,446.79 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 19,886.36 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
