Wipro surges on strengthening relationship with IBM

Wipro is currently trading at Rs. 343.75, up by 6.20 points or 1.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 337.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 340.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 345.00 and Rs. 338.60 respectively. So far 54142 shares were traded on the counter.

Wipro has strengthened relationship with IBM to expand IBM Hybrid Cloud Practice. Supported by technical experts from both organizations, the practice is expected to help Wipro customers modernize their digital operations across hybrid cloud environments by leveraging IBM Cloud Paks, containerized software running on Red Hat OpenShift.

Wipro’s IBM Hybrid Cloud Practice unit will help customers innovate at scale by leveraging industry-ready Wipro solutions such as BoundaryLess Enterprise (BLE) and ModernizR. Both of these solutions were built with IBM Cloud Paks on Red Hat OpenShift and can run in any cloud environment, including the IBM public cloud.
