Date: 07-11-2020NTPC has commissioned commercial operation of Unit-2 (800 MW) of Lara Super Thermal Power Station Stage-I (2 X 800 MW).
With this, the commercial capacity of NTPC and NTPC group will become 51155 MW and 62910 MW respectively.
NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
