L&T Finance Holdings has received approval from board for raising of up to Rs 3,000 crore through a rights issue. The board approved the offer and issuance of fully paid-up equity shares of the company for an amount not exceeding Rs 3000 crore by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the company.

L&T Finance Holdings is a financial holding company offering a diverse range of financial products and services across the corporate, retail and infrastructure finance sectors, as well as mutual fund products and investment management services, through its direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries.
