Adani Enterprises has raised Rs 34.30 crore by allotment of 343 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (MLD) of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis. The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
