-9.70 (-2.74%) Tata Motors, country’s largest automotive company has rolled out new sports utility vehicle - Safari Storme with a starting price of Rs 9.95 lakh at ex-showroom, New Delhi. The new model is available in four variants, LX, EX, VX (4x2 and 4x4) and in seven colors - urban bronze, sardinia red, pearl white, pearl champagne, astern black, arctic white, arctic silver.
Tata Safari Storme has different features like all new front look grill, side cladding, new projector headlamps with an all new rear look. The bonnet gives it a sportier look, while it sports aerodynamically designed spoilers, new pull-type door handles and side foot-steps. The Safari Storme has turning circle radius of 5.4 metres, ground clearance is 200 mm, with 26 degree grade-ability.
The new vehicle can deliver a performance of 0–100 km in less than 15 seconds. Its 2.2 L VariCOR engine, turbocharged with variable turbine technology, delivers 140 PS Power and 320 NM Torque, providing easy drivability, swifter response and lower NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness).
