Interglobe Aviation informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOS

Interglobe Aviation has informed that the Company has allotted 67,221 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, to those grantees who had exercised their options under the company’s Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015 in accordance with the terms set out in the scheme. The details of the said allotment are enclosed. The shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
