Mewar Polytex to sell land and building located at Rajasthan

Mewar Polytex has received an approval to sell and transfer the company’s land and building including structures and fittings located at RIICO Bhamasha Industrial Area Kaladwas Udaipur in Rajasthan to any person(s) and / or entity (ies) as may be determined by the board for a consideration of not less than Rs 4 crore. The board at its meeting held on October 10, 2012 has approved for the same.

Mewar Polytex is engaged in the manufacture of coated and uncoated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) woven fabric and sacks.
