Ruchi Soya Industries informs outcome of compensation meeting

Ruchi Soya Industries has informed that the compensation committee of the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on October 20, 2012, has allotted 4,82,950 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on conversion of employee stock options. Post such allotment the paid up equity capital of the company has increased to Rs. 66.78 crores.
