Date: 16-01-2021Wipro has informed that the Company has published the Post-Buyback Public Announcement for the buyback of 23,75,00,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs 2 each at a price of Rs 400 per equity share on a proportionate basis from the equity shareholders of the Company as on the Record date of December 11, 2020 through the tender offer process.
