Date: 23-10-2012Reliance Industries has received an approval from High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad for the proposed scheme of amalgamation of Reliance Jamnagar Infrastructure (RJIL) with the company.
The High Court Order has been filed with the respective offices of the Registrar of Companies and the scheme has become effective on October 22, 2012 with appointed date being April 01, 2011.
Reliance Industries (RIL) operates through three business segments: petrochemicals, refining, and oil and gas; other divisions of the company include textiles, retail business, special economic zone (SEZ) development and telecom/broadband business.
