Date: 23-10-2012Reliance Industries has informed that the Honorable High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Reliance Jamnagar Infrastructure Limited (RJIL or 'the Transferor Company) with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL or the Company) (Scheme).
Further, the High Court Order has been filed with the respective offices of the Registrar of Companies and the scheme has become effective on October 22, 2012 with appointed date being April 01, 2011.
