KLG Capital Services informs cessation of director
Date: 23-10-2012KLG Capital Services has informed that in terms of provisions of Section 255 and 256 of the Companies Act, 1956, Jitendra Sanghavi was liable for retirement by rotation at the 18th annual general meeting of the members of the company (the AGM) held on September 28, 2012.
Further, the company has informed that, Jitendra Sanghavi, through re-appointment did not opt to be re-appointed due to his pre-occupations. Therefore, Jitendra Sanghavi ceased to be director of the company with effect from the date of the AGM i.e., September 28, 2012.
