In continuation of earlier letter no: GPILINSE&BSE/2020/4257 dated December 30, 2020, Godawari Power & Ispat has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2021 to till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020, for the Directors/ KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the Code. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2021 for considering inter-alia of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. up to closing of the trading hours of February 01, 2021.
