In terms of provision of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule Ill) and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, (SEBI Listing Regulations), Bajaj Finance has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, i.e. 20 January 2021 approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company prepared as per Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2020. A copy of the said standalone and consolidated financial results, limited review reports for standalone and consolidated financial results and press release in this respect are enclosed. The meeting commenced at 1.30 pm and concluded at 3.27 pm.
