AGC Networks has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company through its Circular Resolution dated January 20, 2021 has approved Notice of Postal ballot for seeking approval of the Members with respect to ratification of amendment in Explanatory statement given with Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the member held on December 11, 2020. The Postal Ballot process will be conducted through remote e-voting facility provided by National Securities Depository (‘NSDL’). The record date/ cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting for the Postal Ballot is Friday, January 15, 2021.
