Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on Friday, February 12, 2021, to consider the approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020 and other related matters. Further in accordance with the Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window would continue to remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from January 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results up to February 14, 2021.
