Nelco has informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 28th January 2021 has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020. The said Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results in the prescribed format were published in the Business Standard (English) and Sakal (Marathi) on 30th January 2021. A copy of the results published is attached. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.nelco.in.
