Lupin appoints additional director
Date: 23-10-2012Lupin has informed that at the meeting of the board of directors held on October 23, 2012, Dileep C. Choksi has been appointed as additional director and as a member of the audit committee and Vijay Kelkar as chairman of the investors grievances committee.
Further, the board noted and took note of resignation of D. K. Contractor from the directorship of the company on health grounds.
