Nestle India board to consider recommendation of final dividend

With reference to earlier letter dated December 21, 2020 intimating that the audited financial results of the Company for the year 2020 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed on February 16, 2021, Nestle India has informed that at its meeting to be held on that date, the Board of Directors would also consider recommendation of final dividend for the year 2020, if any, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. As intimated under Company's letter dated December 21, 2020, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2021 to February 18, 2021.
