Titan Company’s subsidiary--- CaratLane Trading has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely ‘StudioC Inc.’ in the state of Delaware, USA. Accordingly, it has become a step down subsidiary of the company effective February 11, 2021. StudioC Inc will carry on the business of Jewelry retailing.

Titan Company is an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches, jewellery, precision engineering components and other accessories including sunglasses, wallets, bags and belts.
