Kpit Cummins Infosystems approves share allotment under ESOP
Date: 25-10-2012Kpit Cummins Infosystems has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 25, 2012, have approved the allotment of 627,572 equity shares under company’s ESOP 2004/2006 Scheme and merger of Sparta Infotech India Private Limited (step down subsidiary) with KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited, subject to the necessary approvals.
