Websol Energy System has received an approval to sell / lease / dispose assign / transfer the leasehold land of the company measuring approximately one acre situated at Plot N 1, Salt Lake Electronic Complex in Kolkata. The board at its meeting held on October 25, 2012 has approved for the same.

Further, the above is subject to the approval of the shareholders through postal ballot and other necessary approvals, as may be required.
