Tanla Platforms has informed that Trading Window Closure Period pursuant to the Companys Code for Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will commence on March 08th, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the Board meeting scheduled to be held on March 12th, 2021. The Trading Window Closure is announced in view of the Board Meetings scheduled to be held on March 08th 2021, to table and discuss the proposed outlook for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) FY21-22, and March 12th, 2021, to approve the AOP FY21-22.
