Brigade Enterprises’ hospitality arm plans to enter mid-range hospitality segment

Brigade Hospitality Services, the hospitality arm of real estate developer Brigade Enterprises, is planning to enter into the mid-range hospitality segment in the South. The company already has 6-8 properties in the pipeline in the South.

The company plans to add about 1,500 keys in the next few years, in this regard, the company is looking to investment about Rs 1,000 crore.

Brigade Enterprises is a flagship company of Brigade Group, which is one of South India's leading property developers. The company has completed 67 residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects, covering over 6.74 million square feet of developable area.
