Titan Company has completed its exit from joint venture (JV) Montblanc India Retail (MB India), which operates retail boutiques in the country for Montblanc products. The company held 49 percent equity stake in MB India. Consequently, MB India ceases to be an associate/ JV company of the company with effect from March 12, 2021.

Titan Company is an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches, jewellery, precision engineering components and other accessories including sunglasses, wallets, bags and belts.
