Mphasis informs about stock option approval
Date: 27-10-2012Mphasis has informed the exercise of 960 stock options under the 1998 Plan Version I & II scheme and 1680 options under ESOP 2000 Plan has been approved by the ESOP committee of the company vide a resolution dated October 22, 2012. The terms and time period of exercise of the stock options is as per the relevant ESOP Scheme.
