Tata Consumer Products has informed that as per ‘Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Securities will be closed from Thursday, March 25, 2021. The closure is in connection with the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending March 31, 2021. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2021 will be intimated in due course. The same will be informed to the designated persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
