Date: 31-03-2021AGC Networks has informed that as per the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2018 (PIT Regulations) as amended from time to time and as per the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under the said Regulations (the Code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2021 and said window shall reopen after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter/year
ended on March 31, 2021.
