Max Healthcare Institute’s board has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company i.e Max Lab / Max Laboratories / Max Path and/or any other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The WOS is being incorporated to inter-alia provide range of diagnostic services including pathology lab services to retail and non-captive customers as well as third party Hospital Lab Management. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on April 6, 2021 have approved the same.

Max Healthcare Institute offers healthcare services through its various facilities in Delhi and the National Capital Region, and facilities in Mohali and Bathinda.
